Beautifully finished and expertly handcrafted, this sterling silver Cariad® locket can be opened to reveal two heart-shaped spaces in which a special memento can be kept close to your heart at all times. Carefully inscriped across the front of the heart-shaped locket is the Welsh word Cariad®, meaning love, beloved or sweetheart. The locket contains rare Welsh gold. The locket hangs freely from a silver 22″ (55.8cm) chain and the heart face measures 2cm high and just over 2cm wide, which can hold a memento measuring 16mm by 16mm.
