You will find our watch department stocks a fantastic range of premier watch brands from the classic Accurist to Longines to the designer Hugo Boss and CK. We also offer services from the Gold Shop including valuations and repairs.

Ring Lounge

Enjoy the privacy of our recently refurbished ring lounge on the lower ground floor which offers a private and relaxing place to view our superb range of wedding rings and diamond rings for all occasions. These are available in white gold, yellow gold, platinum and palladium. Our courteous and expert staff will be pleased to assist and guide you to find your perfect ring. We offer a bespoke fitting service which ensures that your chosen ring will be made especially for you. We can also personalise your chosen ring with complimentary inside engraving (where possible).

Mastercut

The Mastercut diamond is like no other. Its unrivalled brilliance is as unique as the person that wears it and each stone is a fine example of outstanding art and craftsmanship.

With 89 facets, 32 more than a traditional round brilliant diamond, the Mastercut diamond has a unique star faceted into the culet which directs light through the crown and table, allowing your Mastercut diamond to perform with phenomenal brilliance. This unique star effect is clearly visible and links the stone to its Mastercut identity.

Each Mastercut diamond ring is accompanied by its very own Certification Portfolio. This allows you to track your individual diamond from the rough stone, through to the final piece of jewellery, using its unique Kimberly Certificate number.

Phoenix Diamonds

Not every diamond can become a Phoenix Cut diamond.

Only a tiny fraction have the unique qualities specialists at the world-renowned Smolensk Kristall workshops in Russia demand and are rewarded with laser inscription and certification.

The result is a diamond like no other you'll ever see. Its unique and patented cut with 89 facets gives it intense fire and brilliance. And when diamonds look this good, only the finest range of jewellery will suffice.

In our Gold Shop we have a fantastic choice of gold jewellery featuring Pandora Love Pods and charms, Clogau Welsh Gold jewellery and various collections of bracelets, necklaces, rings and earrings which are available in plain white or yellow gold and also many stone set designs. Also available in our Gold Shop is the increasingly popular range of Nomination Composable Classic charms and bracelets for ladies and the gent's Soho collection.

Silver Jewellery

The Gold Shop is also home to a small selection of silver jewellery such as exclusive designer girl's jewellery Molly Brown, a range of designer Georg Jensen jewellery and colourful stone set silver range of Luxenter jewellery. As Pandora has quickly become the second largest jewellery brand in the world, we now stock the full range of Pandora charms, jewellery and watches here in the Gold Shop. Our Silver Shop across the Brow is also home to a Pandora Shop-in-Shop.
